Our Christian Vision
Our school Christian vision is based on 1 John 3:18...
'Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth'.
Our Christian vision is deeply rooted in the wisdom of 1 John 3:18: "Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth." This foundational Christian value of love permeates every aspect of our school community, serving as the guiding principle for all that we do.
All things we do are through love. Love in action. Love through thinking and doing. Love that is visible.
We use our love in action to celebrate diversity, the environment, equality, loving yourself and your worldwide neighbour, promoting self-advocacy alongside courageous advocacy.
To love, learn and grow together.
Love is not merely a sentiment expressed in words; it is a tangible force that drives our actions and interactions. Our commitment to love in action is evident in every part of school life, from our daily interactions to our broader community and worldwide responsibilities.
We cherish our partnership with All Saints Church in Harbury, fostering a close bond that enriches both our spiritual journey and community outreach efforts. Additionally, our collaboration with the Mother’s Union in Harbury supports our vulnerable members of our school family and beyond.
We have a love for Harbury community and regularly join together with other organisations in our community sharing God's love.
Embracing the spirit of love and unity, we actively participate in various community initiatives, joining hands with local organisations to spread God's love and serve the needs of our neighbours in Harbury.
The Parable of the Sower
Our school vision is rooted in the narrative of the parable of the sower. This draws upon the children being the seed and the soil. We are like God’s soil which helps others to grow and we are the seed blossoming and growing to reach our full potential.
Love in Action Through Our Curriculum
With a dedicated staff team, we have a curriculum that not only educates but also instills values of love, empathy, and social responsibility. By integrating themes such as equal opportunities, environmental guardianship, and global citizenship, we empower our students to become agents of positive change in their communities and beyond.
We are committed to fostering an environment where love is not just spoken but lived out daily, inspiring all to love, learn, and grow together in harmony.
