Some of our Year 6 pupils had a fantastic time at the Hockey Festival held at St Nicholas Park on Wednesday 5 November. The festival featured 7-a-side mixed games, giving everyone the chance to showcase their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Many of the children had never played hockey before, so learning the skills for the festival was a real challenge — and they picked it up brilliantly! It was a lively and exciting event, with lots of great passing, dribbling, and goals scored. The children showed amazing enthusiasm and determination throughout the afternoon, making the school proud.

A big thank-you to all the parents who helped with transport. Well done to all our hockey players for a brilliant performance and for representing the school so positively!
